Lauren Bell is a BABCP-accredited CBT psychotherapist, speaker, and creator of the Functional Psychotherapy Framework™, specialising in burnout, behaviour change, and whole-person wellbeing.

Lauren Bell’s work and perspective have been recognised across regional and national platforms.
