“I believe knowledge is one of the most powerful tools we have for change. My aim is not simply to support people through difficult moments, but to help them understand themselves more deeply — so they can become their own solution.”
-Lauren Bell

Exclusive Services
I offer a limited number of private sessions for individuals seeking a deeper understanding of their mental health, and a structured path toward meaningful change.
Drawing on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and EMDR, alongside my Integrative Functional Psychotherapy™ (IFP™) framework, I work with individuals who want to move beyond simply managing symptoms — and instead understand the root drivers of how they think, feel, and function.
Together we explore the interaction between mind, body, behaviour, and lifestyle, helping you develop practical skills, regain clarity and energy, and build a life that feels more aligned and sustainable.
Sessions are delivered online via secure video consultation (Zoom), so you can access support from the privacy and convenience of your own space.
Due to speaking, training and media commitments, availability for individual sessions is limited — I'd encourage you to get in touch to check current availability. [ Enquire about 1:1 sessions → ]
If 1:1 spaces aren't currently open, Recalibrate & Rise — my 10-week group programme — offers a structured way to start the work now. [Join the waitlist →]
Integrative Functional Psychotherapy™
Integrative Functional Psychotherapy™ (IFP™) is my whole-person approach to mental health. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, it explores how psychological patterns, physiological factors, behaviour, and lifestyle interact to shape wellbeing.
Sessions are designed to help you understand the deeper drivers behind burnout, anxiety, low mood, or that sense of feeling "stuck" — and to build practical strategies that support lasting change, not just short-term relief.
This approach is particularly helpful if you feel capable on the outside, but exhausted, flat, or quietly misaligned underneath.
Fee: £95 per 1 hour session. Online.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a highly effective, evidence-based approach that focuses on the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviour.
CBT helps individuals identify unhelpful thinking patterns and behavioural cycles that contribute to anxiety, stress, low mood, or overwhelm, and replace them with more helpful ways of responding.
Sessions are structured, collaborative, and focused on developing practical tools that can be applied in everyday life.
Fee: £95 per 1 hour session. Online.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a specialist therapy used to help people process distressing or traumatic experiences that continue to impact their present-day wellbeing.
EMDR works by helping the brain safely process and integrate difficult memories, reducing their emotional intensity and allowing individuals to move forward without being held back by the past.
This approach can be particularly helpful for trauma, distressing life experiences, and deeply rooted emotional patterns.
Fee: £95 per 1 hour session. Online.
Clinical Supervision
I offer clinical supervision for therapists and mental health professionals seeking a reflective, supportive space to develop their practice.
Supervision sessions provide an opportunity to explore clinical work, deepen formulation skills, and integrate evidence-based approaches with broader perspectives on human functioning and wellbeing.
My style combines professional rigour with practical insight, supporting therapists to grow in confidence, clarity, and effectiveness in their work.
Fee: £85 per 1 hour session. Online.
