Lauren is a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with over 17 years’ experience, alongside roles as Lecturer, Clinical Supervisor, and Clinical Director. Her clinical background provides a rigorous foundation for her work, but her focus now extends far beyond the therapy room.
