SIGNATURE KEYNOTE
You Are Your Own Solution is Lauren’s signature keynote, exploring how people change when psychology, physiology, and meaning are considered together. The session can be delivered as a keynote or developed into workshops and training, depending on the audience and context.
You Are Your Own Solution

Most people spend years searching for answers outside themselves — more strategies, more advice, more fixes — yet remain stuck in the same patterns.

In this keynote, Lauren explores why insight alone doesn’t lead to change, and how real transformation begins when people understand how they actually function. Drawing on psychology, physiology, and grounded reflective practice, she helps audiences recognise the patterns shaping their thoughts, behaviour, and choices — and how to work with themselves rather than against themselves.

This talk empowers people to take responsibility without blame, clarity without overwhelm, and action without force. Audiences leave with a deeper understanding of themselves, a renewed sense of agency, and practical tools to facilitate meaningful, sustainable change in work and life.
OTHER KEYNOTES & TRAINING
The talks below explore different aspects of whole-person transformation and how change actually happens. Each can be adapted for keynotes, workshops, or training, and tailored to suit organisations, teams, or public audiences seeking depth, clarity, and practical impact.

Whole-Person Health

Joining the dots between psychology, physiology, and spirituality
Modern life encourages people to treat mind, body, and meaning as separate — and change often fails as a result.
In this talk, Lauren brings together evidence-based psychology, an understanding of physical health and nervous system regulation, and grounded practices such as meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness to explore how change happens when the whole person is considered.
This session reframes wellbeing, performance, and resilience — moving beyond coping strategies toward integration, optimisation, and intentional living. Audiences gain a clearer understanding of how different systems interact, and how small, informed shifts can create disproportionate impact over time.

From Coping to Capacity

Why resilience fails — and how people actually thrive under pressure
Coping strategies are everywhere — yet burnout, overload, and disengagement continue to rise.
This talk challenges the idea that resilience means “pushing through” or managing symptoms. Lauren explores how pressure, environment, behaviour, and nervous system capacity interact — and why many well-intentioned approaches fall short.
Audiences learn how to build real capacity: the ability to respond effectively, adapt intelligently, and function well under sustained demand. This session is particularly powerful for leaders, teams, and organisations operating in high-pressure environments who want performance and sustainability — not short-term survival.
