Organisational Wellbeing & Performance

Modern workplaces place significant demands on individuals to perform, adapt and deliver under constant pressure. While many people appear to be functioning well on the surface, prolonged stress, burnout and mental fatigue are increasingly affecting both wellbeing and performance.

Lauren Bell works with organisations to help individuals and teams better understand how stress, behaviour, physiology and lifestyle interact, providing practical strategies that support sustainable performance, resilience and long-term wellbeing.

Lauren delivers practical, evidence-informed workshops designed to help individuals and teams better understand the psychological and physiological factors that influence stress, resilience and performance at work.

Sessions combine psychological insight with practical strategies that participants can apply immediately in their professional and personal lives. Topics often explore areas such as burnout, managing pressure, emotional regulation, sustainable performance and the interaction between mind, body and behaviour.

Workshops can be delivered as short interactive sessions, half-day training, or full-day programmes, depending on the needs of the organisation.

Lunch & Learn Sessions

Lunch & Learn sessions offer organisations a convenient way to introduce valuable insights into wellbeing and performance within a short, accessible format.

These sessions typically run for 30–45 minutes and focus on practical topics such as understanding burnout, managing stress, improving focus and energy, and learning simple strategies to support mental resilience in demanding roles.

Sessions can be delivered online or in person and are designed to leave participants with clear, practical takeaways.

Consultancy

Lauren also works with organisations in a consultancy capacity, supporting leaders and teams to better understand the underlying drivers of stress, burnout and performance challenges within their workplace.

Drawing on her expertise in psychology and behavioural science, Lauren provides insight into how organisational environments, leadership dynamics and individual functioning interact. Consultancy work may include wellbeing strategy development, leadership support, or advising organisations seeking a more sustainable approach to performance and staff wellbeing.

Lauren delivers engaging keynote talks that explore the psychological and physiological factors influencing stress, resilience and performance in modern workplaces. Drawing on her clinical experience and expertise in human behaviour, her talks provide practical insights that help audiences better understand how pressure, burnout and mental fatigue develop — and what individuals and organisations can do to support sustainable performance.

Keynotes are typically delivered at conferences, leadership events, wellbeing initiatives and organisational development programmes.

SIGNATURE KEYNOTE
You are your own solution

'A powerful exploration of why people stay stuck — and how sustainable change actually happens.'

You Are Your Own Solution is Lauren Bell’s signature keynote, exploring how meaningful change occurs when psychology, physiology and personal meaning are considered together.

The session can be delivered as a keynote presentation or expanded into workshops and training programmes, depending on the audience and organisational context.

Many people spend years searching for answers outside themselves — more strategies, more advice, more productivity tools — yet still find themselves repeating the same patterns of stress, burnout or dissatisfaction.

In this keynote, Lauren explores why insight alone rarely leads to lasting change, and how real transformation begins when people understand how they actually function. Drawing on psychology, physiology and behavioural insight, she helps audiences recognise the patterns shaping their thinking, behaviour and decision-making — and how to work with themselves rather than against themselves.

The session encourages people to take responsibility without blame, clarity without overwhelm, and action without force. Audiences leave with a deeper understanding of themselves, a stronger sense of agency, and practical insights that support meaningful, sustainable change in both work and life.
