Lauren offers a limited number of private sessions for individuals seeking a deeper understanding of their mental health and a structured path toward meaningful change.
Drawing on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and EMDR, alongside her integrative Functional Psychotherapy™ framework, Lauren works with individuals who want to move beyond simply managing symptoms and instead understand the root drivers of how they think, feel, and function.
Her approach explores the interaction between mind, body, behaviour, and lifestyle, helping clients develop practical skills, regain clarity and energy, and create lives that feel more aligned and sustainable.
Sessions are delivered online via secure video consultation, allowing individuals to access support from the privacy and convenience of their own space.

Functional Psychotherapy™
Functional Psychotherapy is a whole-person approach to mental health developed by Lauren Bell. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, this approach explores how psychological patterns, physiological factors, behaviour, and lifestyle interact to influence wellbeing.
Sessions are designed to help individuals understand the deeper drivers behind burnout, anxiety, low mood, or feeling “stuck”, and to develop practical strategies that support lasting change.
This approach is particularly helpful for individuals who feel capable on the outside but exhausted, flat, or misaligned underneath.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a highly effective, evidence-based approach that focuses on the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviour.
